Who We Are: At Rollti, we’ve reimagined the beloved roti canai into a convenient, grab-and-go wrap filled with crisp vegetables, savory proteins, and exceptional locally inspired sauces like Rendang, Sambal, Satay, and Curry. Our mission is to offer a taste of Malaysia wrapped in one delightful roll, bringing joy to food enthusiasts everywhere. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Visuals * Assist in designing engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations. * Support the development of print materials, such as brochures, banners, posters, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. * Contribute to creating and maintaining templates for recurring content and communications. * Brainstorm and suggest creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement. * Collaborate with team members to execute multi-channel design projects. 2. Multimedia & Motion Design * Create simple animations and motion graphics to support digital campaigns. * Edit and enhance basic video content for promotional use, tutorials, or events. * Learn and experiment with new design techniques to improve skills and keep content innovative. 3. Brand Identity Management * Help ensure consistency in the company's visual identity across all platforms and materials. * Assist in organizing, updating, and refining design assets to reflect brand growth. * Maintain and manage the company’s digital asset library for easy access and future use. 4. Collaborative Design & Support * Work with the marketing and operations teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives. * Support senior designers in executing large-scale or high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative solutions. 5. Process Improvement * Stay informed about emerging design trends and tools to enhance the quality of work. * Take opportunities to learn and grow professionally through training and feedback. * Assist in improving workflows for smoother collaboration and consistency. What We're Looking For: Education: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: 1+ years of experience in graphic design (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply). Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro). Creativity: Strong artistic and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
