  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION: LATHE TURNING SPECIALIST DELTECH INDUSTRIES (M) SDN. BHD. Seeks LATHE TURNING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Program complex components using G-code for multi-axis CNC lathes. • Set up and operate CNC turning centers for both short-run and long-run production. • Operate manual lathe machines for custom or precision jobs. • Perform live tooling operations on CNC lathes. • Perform post-machining inspections using CMM • Utilize CAD/CAM software for creating turning toolpaths and simulating machine operations • Use CAD software to generate part models and CAM software to generate toolpaths • Set up CNC lathes, including tooling, fixtures, workpiece clamping, and tool offsets • Use of high-performance tooling for specialized operations • Ensure that tool motions do not interfere with the workpiece or machine structure • Optimize machine setup times by selecting the most efficient workholding and tooling for each job • Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce setup time and changeover times • Develop standard operating procedures for setting up common part types and setup • Ensure all turning operations comply with safety regulations and machine safety protocols • Knowledge of workholding techniques to securely clamp parts during grinding, ensuring dimensional accuracy and repeatability • Familiarity with machine calibration and alignment procedures to ensure consistent part quality • Expertise in wheel wear compensation to ensure consistent finishes throughout the grinding cycle • Ability to design custom grinding tools for unique surface grinding applications • Understanding of tool life management to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency Required Skills: Min 5 years’ experience in LATHE TURNING SPECIALIST Proficiency in CNC programming languages Ability to program multi-axis CNC turning machines Familiarity with CAD/CAM software Understanding of custom cycle programming Skilled in operating CNC machines & fine-tuning parameters
