Reporting To: Regional Employee Life Cycle Manager – APMEA & Europe
Working hours: 2.00pm – 11.00pm / 3.00pm – 12.00am
The Employee Life Cycle Executive - Europe will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle process for employees across the Europe region. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees until retirement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle process for employees across the Europe region, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.
- Support employee development initiatives, including training and career progression programs.
- Handle employee retention strategies and initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and a positive exit experience for departing employees.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and helpful responses to all requests
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the Employee Experience Services team to continuously improve the employee life cycle processes and enhance the overall employee experience
- Coordinate with HRBP, ICT, and other functions to ensure all necessary resources and support are provided to employees.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Success Factor, Service now)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Employee Life Cycle Executive - Europe role is designed to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the employee life cycle process. Here are some of the critical KPIs for this role:
- Time to Resolve Employee Queries: Measures the average time taken to respond to and resolve employee queries and issues
- Customer Satisfaction Score: This KPI is measured through surveys and feedback from employee regarding their experience. High satisfaction scores reflect a positive employee experience
- Time to Resolve: Measures the percentage of ELC tasks completed on time. It ensures that all necessary steps are followed and completed within the designated timeframe
- Compliance and Documentation Accuracy: This KPI tracks the accuracy and completeness of all documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Offboarding Satisfaction: Measures the satisfaction of departing employees with the offboarding process through exit interviews and feedback
