Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Relay messages and information promptly and accurately.
  • Other Duties:
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Working Hour:

  • 8.00 am - 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri)
