  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Sales Executive (Client Care) - Build Relationships, Not Just Sales!

At Ben K Dental Laboratory, we're looking for a relationship-focused Sales Rep. who believes in putting clients first. If you're passionate about understanding needs and creating genuine partnerships with dental clinics, this role is for you.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Ensure professional appearance and representation of the company.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and securing new orders.
  • Deliver and collect dental cases and materials while ensuring professional client interaction.
  • Match clinics with the ideal dental lab solutions for their patients' needs. (we'll train you!)
  • Maintain organized records to deliver personalized, proactive support.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt communication and quality service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Natural relationship-builder who enjoys meaningful connections
  • Active listener who asks thoughtful questions
  • Organized self-starter who takes initiative
  • Eager to learn about dental technology (we'll train you!)
  • Comfortable with some local travel to visit clinics

Work Culture:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
