Finance & Administration Coordinator – Malaysia

Your Role: Reporting directly to the Finance Controller & Director. You will be responsible for providing financial operations, administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support project teams. Tasks include is a mix of accounting, budgeting, and administrative support.
What You'll Do:
Support Financial Administration:
- Handle invoices, payments, and receipts timely and accurately.
- Assist with budgeting and tracking spending.
- Keep project records, test results, and compliance certificates organized.
- Work with finance to create forecasts and financial models.
- Track expenses to stay within budget.
Bookkeeping:
- Keep financial records current and follow company rules and laws.
- Organize and store past financial data for audits and future use.
Administrative Payments:
- Process claims accurately and on time.
- Handle incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Make sure payments are made and received on time
Administrative Tasks
- Schedule meetings and appointments (if required)
- Help prepare regular reports.
- Support buying processes and manage vendors.
- Work with auditors and banks.
- Keep track of contracts and financial documents.
Compliance & Support
- Ensure adherence to company and laws are followed.
- Support the project team with admin tasks as needed.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Added advantage with experience in project coordination or administration
Your Experience:
- At least 3 years of Financial role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or related field
- Added advantage with experience in project coordination or administration.
- Added Advantage for Mandarin speaker.
