Job Description:-

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure project deliverables are met withing the project timeline.
  • Plan, implement and deliver projects in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and/or regulations from contract signing to product delivery.
  • Manage operational expenses and budgets, allocating resources efficiently and implementing cost control measures for project completion.
  • Monitors project progress and report periodic progress to Management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Identify potential operational issues and implement necessary actions to prevent or mitigate any impact from contingencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory agencies to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement: -

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations within the structural steel industry (manufacturing or construction) is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and guiding operational teams.
  • Self-motivated team player, highly motivated, attention to details and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced operational environment with many priorities simultaneously, adapt to change and manage challenges.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision, independent and pro-active with a visible sense of urgency.
  • 5-day work week.
