Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and internal platforms.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and renewal documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of candidate and employee records.
- Handle data entry related to hiring in internal HR systems and tools.
- Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical check-ups, background checks, and documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including welcoming new hires and preparing onboarding packs.
- Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients regarding candidate placement and onboarding.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates and hiring teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative or recruitment experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
