
Business Development Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion within the credit scoring and FinTech industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in executing our business strategy, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new revenue, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients and partners.
This position requires strong sales acumen, adaptability to the evolving startup landscape, and the ability to present compelling business cases to potential clients. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with a diverse team of experts across various technological domains.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities within a defined geographic region or account-based territory.
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and client organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial technology industry, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller.
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations that address client business needs and showcase the value of Simple2Trade solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
- Adapt to the fast-changing startup environment, assisting with presentations, brand exposure, and other business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the FinTech or technology industry.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and navigate complex deal cycles.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
- Passion for financial technology and an understanding of industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
