Job Description

Assisting with the preparation of baked goods such as, cakes, waffles, parfaits, light meals according to the recipes and sop.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • No working experience required as training will be provided
  • Preferred with a culinary background (or working towards culinary degree)
  • Knowledge of fine dining standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Proven time management skills, planning, and punctuality
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the kitchen
  • Assisting in finishing touches, plating, and working service
  • Ensure that the quality and presentation of the dishes meet company standards
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge on all menu items including preparation, allergens, and alternative preparations
  • Maintain an orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Provide quality beverage & food products
