Job Description
Assisting with the preparation of baked goods such as, cakes, waffles, parfaits, light meals according to the recipes and sop.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- No working experience required as training will be provided
- Preferred with a culinary background (or working towards culinary degree)
- Knowledge of fine dining standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow
- Proven time management skills, planning, and punctuality
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the kitchen
- Assisting in finishing touches, plating, and working service
- Ensure that the quality and presentation of the dishes meet company standards
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on all menu items including preparation, allergens, and alternative preparations
- Maintain an orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide quality beverage & food products
