We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role will assist in key HR functions including payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and has a solid understanding of HR practices and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & HR Administration
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update employee records, including leave balances, attendance, and personal data.
- Ensure all statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and compliance requirements are met.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, arranging interviews, and reference checks.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation and system access setup.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving basic employee grievances and escalate more complex issues to HR Manager.
- Support employee engagement activities such as team events, surveys, and recognition programs.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employment records and HR correspondence.
- Assist with audits and ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Stay informed on changes in employment legislation and assist in policy updates as needed.
5. General HR Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with performance review coordination and training logistics.
- Participate in HR improvement initiatives and support other projects as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to payroll, recruitment, and general HR operations.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Experience using HR systems or payroll software (experience with Infotech is a strong advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
