  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

URGENT HIRING – Service Advisor (Cantonese Speaker)
Client: American Technology Company (Smart Device Client)
Location: George Town, Penang
Salary Package:

  • Fixed Basic: RM3,500
  • Language Allowance: RM300
  • 13-Month Bonus

Intake Dates:

  • 22nd May 2025

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
  • 5 working days per week (rotational shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support for smart device users.
  • Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues in Cantonese and English.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Local Malaysian fluent in Cantonese and English (C1 level).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
