Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Review and make a good record of the spare parts/unit inventory and usage.
· Oversee and manage local logistics operations
· Strong knowledge of documentation and logistics processes
· Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination
· Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions in the system to maintain accurate inventory levels
· Review and approve service expenses and lodge in internal systems.
· Office administration including maintain files and organization, plan meetings.
· Review customer service activities being done to ensure all requirements are met and optimize current procedures to improve team performance.
· Maintain the internal GSP system, work order input and Customer Satisfaction Inquiry
· Monitor complex technical problems that are recorded and tracked within the internal system and liaise with internal teams for improvement and development.
· Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services
· Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development.
· Performs other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior
Job Requirement:
· At least 1-2 years of operations.
· Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) in English is necessary, fluent (Verbal) in Mandarin is a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
· High attention to details.
