  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for a French-speaking Content Moderator to join a growing international team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Role Overview

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines. Your role helps foster a safe and respectful digital environment by identifying and handling inappropriate or harmful content.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Compensation

Base Salary: RM 8,000

Monthly KPI Allowance: RM 300

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred

Fluent in French (native-level proficiency)

Start Date

26th May 2025

Key Responsibilities

Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards

Take appropriate action on content that violates policies, including removal when necessary

Investigate and resolve user-reported content issues promptly

Stay informed about emerging trends and online behaviors that could pose risks to the community

Apply policies and guidelines in a consistent, unbiased manner
