  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead technical deployments for enterprise customers, including infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Plan and execute project rollouts and manage support requests in collaboration with internal team and vendors
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure timely delivery and smooth operations for key clients, including regional support (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam)
  • Assist in documenting SOPs, escalation paths, and internal support processes
  • Provide post-sales implementation and occasional pre-sales technical insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise systems
  • Familiar with firewall, proxy, endpoint security (CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  • Able to work after-hours occasionally (bank upgrades, high-priority customers)
  • Self-driven, accountable, and ready to step into a leadership role
  • Bonus: Experience managing small teams or mentoring juniors
