Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries related to Company's training programs via phone, email, or online channels.
- Actively follow up with leads and convert interest into confirmed training engagements.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of HRD Corp claimable programs to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements in alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with HRD Corp guidelines and ensure client eligibility and documentation compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in HR or training industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently.
- Familiar with HRD Corp claimable training procedures is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
