Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries related to Company's training programs via phone, email, or online channels.
  • Actively follow up with leads and convert interest into confirmed training engagements.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of HRD Corp claimable programs to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements in alignment with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with HRD Corp guidelines and ensure client eligibility and documentation compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in HR or training industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Familiar with HRD Corp claimable training procedures is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
