Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Executive at Saloma Legacy Sdn Bhd located in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves providing general IT support, assisting F&B operations with tech-related issues (e.g., POS systems), and supporting event management with IT setup and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for daily operations and troubleshooting.
- Assist F&B departments with system-related issues.
- Set up and manage IT systems for events (AV, networks, etc.).
- Maintain IT documentation and support system improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimu Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with event-related technology is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
