1. Maintaining client’s listing.
2. Monitoring Registered Office listing for periodical update on the Registered Office monitor.
3. Monitoring the client’s information updated periodically.
4. Update clients’ information via software.
5. Filing and scanning of records.
6. Record incoming and outgoing documents.
General Office Support
1. Maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
2. Managing office stationery supplies and inventory.
3. Managing office equipment/furniture maintenance and repairs.
4. Maintaining personal computer listing and user password.
5. Managing office pantry supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
