- Ensure all facilities and common areas are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Attend to residents’ or tenants’ feedback and complaints promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and assist in budgeting and procurement.
- Monitor utility usage, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
- Assist in organizing and executing improvement or renovation projects.
- Support the property management team in overall building operations.
