  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, products, and equipment.
  • Guide and train Production Improvement (PI) teams, and act as a bridge to the Manufacturing Excellence team.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to support implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Assess team competencies and plan training to close skill gaps.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and use of proper tools and digital systems.
  • Standardize improvement approaches across teams and ensure effective data management.
  • Support the plant in achieving Manufacturing Excellence by minimizing performance gaps.
  • Take part in the Manufacturing Excellence 360 (ME360) assessment process.
  • Coordinate cost-saving projects (3K) within the production area.
  • Assist with global and regional initiatives such as CCP PVB, TOCR, and SMED.
  • Support the launch of new products and processes (NMI/NPI) and ensure they follow standard procedures.
  • Help identify production needs and assist in developing new products or process improvements.
  • Contribute to setting production specifications for new investments according to global standards.
  • Collaborate in accepting new or improved equipment to ensure they meet production specs.
  • Support R&D, technology testing, and digital transformation (DX) projects at the plant.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), strong data-driven and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about improvement and sustainability.
  • Preferably 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel frequently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
