We’re looking for a Senior Strategist who can drive impactful marketing strategies from concept to execution. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping brand narratives, developing go-to-market strategies, and crafting compelling creative proposals for client pitches. You’ll collaborate with creative, digital, and account teams to develop holistic marketing plans that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch & Proposal Development:

  • Lead the strategy development for new business pitches, crafting compelling proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pitch strategies.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and account teams to develop strategic storytelling and presentation materials.

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Develop and refine brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
  • Conduct brand audits, market research, and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Create brand playbooks and guidelines for consistent execution across touchpoints.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, outlining marketing channels, campaign roadmaps, and execution strategies.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, and digital teams to ensure GTM strategies are actionable and effective.
  • Provide strategic direction on content, messaging, and distribution tactics.

Content & Marketing Collateral:

  • Write and edit strategic content for various marketing materials, including pitch decks, websites, social media, digital ads, case studies, and other brand collaterals.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and target audience insights.
  • Develop messaging frameworks for multi-channel campaigns.

Video Strategy, Storyboarding & Production:

  • Lead the development of video marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and storytelling principles.
  • Create video storyboards, scripting outlines, and production briefs for content such as brand videos, social media campaigns, and corporate films.
  • Work closely with video producers, directors, and creative teams to oversee production, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for video projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration:

  • Partner with account leads to align strategies with client goals and expectations.
  • Present insights, strategies, and proposals to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging marketing strategies.
