Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Conduct outbound calls to corporate prospects to introduce company services and offerings.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and potential needs.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure smooth handover and maintain rapport.
CRM Management
- Update and maintain lead information, call notes, and follow-up activities in CRM system.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion performance.
Script Development & Pitching
- Deliver company messaging confidently and adapt communication based on prospect responses.
- Provide input to improve telemarketing scripts and outreach strategies.
Market Feedback & Insights
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from prospects to inform sales and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with company offerings and industry knowledge to handle inquiries professionally.
