We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Intern to support product testing efforts and ensure a great user experience across all our platforms.

Role Overview

As a Product Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting product testing across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, you’ll help ensure that every feature we ship is stable, user-friendly, and meets business requirements. You’ll also gain exposure to how product decisions are made and how features evolve from idea to launch. You’ll assist in everything from gathering user feedback and shaping requirements to testing features and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes on staging and production environments.

Help run through user flows and test cases to ensure functionality, usability, and edge cases are accounted for.

Identify, document, and track bugs or unexpected behavior using tools like Google Docs, Confluence, or JIRA.

Help maintain internal documentation and testing checklists.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) before product releases, and support regression testing during major releases or platform updates.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and expected behaviors.

Help gather, organize, and analyze user feedback and product data.

Contribute to competitor research and market analysis when needed.
