The Road Show Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing nationwide road shows to drive product awareness, educate consumers, support retail partnerships, and boost sales. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure each road show is run smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with PureMed’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Road Shows:

  • Plan monthly road show schedules in coordination with pharmacies and retail partners.
  • Supervise on-site event setup, branding, and team briefing.
  • Ensure all activities align with PureMed’s standards and marketing goals

Team Coordination & Training:

  • Train, and manage promoters or support staff.
  • Provide ongoing product and brand training to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Drive customer engagement and educate attendees about PureMed’s unique value propositions.
  • Work with promoters to achieve daily sales targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights.

Logistics & Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, promotional materials, samples, and display items.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, free gifts, vouchers, and stock distributed at each event.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Submit post-road show reports, including sales performance, team feedback, and event outcomes.
  • Track team attendance, leave entitlements, and burned leave within the 2-week post-event window.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent PureMed professionally in all interactions with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products, ingredients, and brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or road shows, preferably in the health supplement or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to travel regularly within Malaysia.
  • Passion for health and wellness is a strong plus.
