Your Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership to create initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
- Payroll Management
- Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and employee benefits.
- Address payroll queries, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent across all roles.
- Design onboarding programs that integrate new hires effectively and align them with the company culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement career development strategies.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize programs and activities to boost employee morale, engagement, and collaboration.
- Be a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns and building strong relationships.
- Create events and initiatives that foster a positive and unified workplace culture.
- HR Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysia’s labor laws.
- Optimize HR processes for efficiency and accuracy, including record keeping and documentation.
- Prepare detailed reports and metrics to monitor HR performance and progress.
- Disciplinary Management
- Handle employee disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner.
- Conduct investigations and apply corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that disciplinary processes align with company policies and legal standards.
