Assist the general manager with daily production and management activities. Execute company production plans to ensure that capacity, costs, and delivery times meet standards. Oversee product quality and safety compliance management. Coordinate warehouse management, carefully handling inventory entries and exits along with related documentation. Manage and train employees. Handle sea freight transportation, coordinating domestic staff for international shipping and port operations. Manage documents and compliance, working with domestic staff to process sea freight documents and legal import/export customs clearance. Perform other temporary tasks as needed.
Production management skills: 1. Familiar with the entire process of the production workshop, proficient in quality control and safety compliance management. 2. Responsible for team management and training.
Warehouse management skills: Familiar with warehouse management, handling inbound and outbound procedures, and related documentation.
Marine transportation management skills: Proficient in marine transport management, capable of coordinating with staff to oversee international freight and port operations.
Foreign trade management skills: Familiar with foreign trade processes, skilled in document management and compliance, able to coordinate with domestic staff to handle documentation and legal import/export customs clearance.
