- Act as the main point of contact to monitor and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring timely and complete resolution via calls, emails, and social media platform.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them for purchase.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting steps and product usage guidance.
- Manage warranty return processes, coordinating between customers and internal teams for smooth resolution.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product features, models, and updates to provide accurate information and recommendations to customer.
- Gather feedback from customers and report recurring issues or suggestions to improve products/services.
- Bachelor's Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support/ service field.
- Strong communication, telephone & email etiquette, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in both English and Chinese.
- Attention to detail and customer oriented.
