
Customer Service Executive
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services
- Coordinate with other departments and HQ in Selangor to follow up on customer requests
Maintain customer records.
- Support sales and operations teams as needed
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Prior experience in customer service or engineering roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to be based in Penang and coordinate with HQ in Selangor
