  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Analyze project drawings, contracts, and specifications to determine quantities and costs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
  • Track project expenditures and manage variations efficiently.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting of cost-related activities.
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be meticulous in attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the mechanical and engineering works in construction industry. Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is a MUST for effective communication with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical and engineering construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
