Job Summary :

Top Priorities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles.
- Work closely with leadership to support hiring strategies aligned with expansion goals.
- Culture Building & Employee Engagement
- Co-create and nurture a workplace culture that reflects Retrobee’s identity and values.
- Organize meaningful team-building and engagement programs.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to both employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Planning & Leadership - Align HR strategies with the company’s vision, values, and goals. - Lead workforce planning, talent mapping, and organizational development. - Guide KPI framework development that aligns with business objectives, while supporting managers in implementation across teams. - Performance Management & Development - Drive consistent and transparent performance appraisal processes. - Facilitate feedback culture and growth-focused conversations. - Provide frameworks for employee development, while empowering department heads to lead tailored growth initiatives. - HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee employee benefits and statutory compliance (payroll currently managed by Finance). - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal standards. - Stay abreast of evolving labor laws and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ HR experiences (experience in creative/ID industry is a bonus).
- Independent, decisive, and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in recruitment, cultural alignment, and HR policy development.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR digital tools.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

1. This role functions as part of a shared HR service supporting all entities within the company group. The successful candidate may also be involved in future business expansions, including HR support for new operational setups.
2. Please note that the company will be relocating to a new office in Bangi within the next 1–2 years, and the candidate should be open to this change in work location.
