Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics.

2. Employer Branding & Live Hosting:

Host live-streaming sessions (e.g., on TikTok, Douyin, LinkedIn, or company platforms) to showcase company culture, job opportunities, and employee testimonials.

Engage with online audiences, answer questions about careers, and promote open positions in an interactive format.

Develop creative content (videos, posts, scripts) to enhance the company’s employer brand.

Partner with the marketing team to amplify recruitment campaigns via social media and other digital channels.

3. HR Support & Employee Engagement:

Assist in HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Participate in employer branding events (career fairs, webinars, campus recruitment).

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

-2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

-Strong hosting/presentation skills – comfortable speaking on camera and engaging live audiences.

-Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.) and live-streaming trends.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employer branding skills.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment tools is a plus.
