About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver world-class customer support via email and phone to the users. You will build rapport through clear, empathetic communication while solving customer problems efficiently. You will also contribute to improving internal processes and scaling our support systems as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, clear, and empathetic support to users via email and phone.
- Handle high-value clients with care, focusing on issue resolution and retention.
- Analyze support trends and share insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality, process compliance, and service standards.
- Improve workflows and suggest enhancements to the customer experience.
- Assist in building a scalable support infrastructure.
- Balance multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written English (grammatically strong)
- Bilingual: Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) + English
- Strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify customer issues quickly
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
