About the Position:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to company users via email and phone. While efficiently resolving customer issues, you will build strong relationships through clear and empathetic communication. You will also be involved in improving internal processes and assisting in scaling our support system as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, clear, and empathetic support to users via email and phone.
  • Handle high-value customers with care, focusing on problem-solving and customer retention.
  • Analyze support trends and share insights with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, process, and service standards.
  • Optimize workflows and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in building a scalable support infrastructure.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent spoken and written English (good grammar required)
  • Bilingual: Mandarin (Able to read and type traditional mandarin) + English
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify customer issues
  • Adaptable to dynamic and uncertain work environments
  • Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
