Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily company operations to ensure seamless business functions.

  • Ensure operational strategies contribute to long-term revenue growth.

  • Support the Business Development team in evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects and partnerships.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Enhance internal communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Promote staff development through training and skill enhancement programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in operations or business development.

  • Experience in Construction, Design & Build, Services, or related industries.

  • Strong expertise in business operations, strategy execution, and process optimization.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Track record of driving business expansion and revenue growth.
