Coupa Support Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing
functional and technical support for the Coupa platform, ensuring optimal performance,
resolving issues, and supporting end-users across the business. You will work closely with
procurement, finance, and IT teams to maintain system stability and enhance user
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support for Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing,
Expenses, Supplier Management, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing system within
SLA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Coupa
configurations, integrations, and workflows.
- Support user access management, role-based permissions, and Coupa security
configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring
issues.
- Liaise with Coupa support and internal IT teams to resolve platform-level or
integration-related problems.
- Assist in testing and deploying Coupa updates, enhancements, and new modules.
- Support month-end / quarter-end closing processes related to P2P operations.
- Provide training and documentation for business users and new joiners.
- Maintain documentation for processes, issues, configurations, and resolutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related
field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Coupa or similar P2P SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes including procurement, invoicing, and
expense management.
- Experience with Coupa integrations to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL support model.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coupa Certified Professional (CCP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with data extraction and reporting tools (e.g., Coupa Insights, SQL,
Power BI).
- Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in procurement and finance
systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
