  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Production Supervisor
Location : Senai, Johor

Working Hours:

5.5 days

Job Description:

· Assist engineers to supervise the overall production process to fulfill production schedule and quality requirement

· Supervise workers by delegating tasks among workers, and guide workers to follow SOP in daily tasks.

· Production’s checking for quality control.

· Production wastage control.

· Ensure proper operating of equipment and the availability of adequate construction materials, equipment, and tools at production floor.

· Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities and machinery are in good condition.

· Compile & submit daily reports and time sheets.

· Conduct toolbox briefing daily basis.

· Instill discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, working attitude etc.

· Provide job training to team.

· Ensure a safe & clean working environment by implementing housekeeping.

· Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum two (2) years related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.

· Knowledge in concrete repair & safety regulations is an added advantage.

· Candidates with site experience will also be considered.

· Independent, good leadership and problem-solving skills and able to meet deadlines.

  • Assist engineer to supervise overall production process, from initial stage until final completion stage.
  • Worker’s task assignment and coordination.
  • Supervise overall production process to produce good quality of finished goods.
  • Production’s checking on criteria below before proceed casting:
  • Checking on mould’s cleanliness.
  • Ensure mould oil applied properly after cleaning. No excessive mould oil allowed.
  • Dimension’s checking after RCM prepared the moulds.
  • Inspect mould’s condition. Coordinate with RCM to repair dented moulds.
  • Checking on CIT’s position.
  • Ensure side forms secured properly by bolt& but / tie rod before order concrete.
  • Checking & ensure sufficient concretes spacing.
  • Monitor quality of received concrete.
  • Concrete ordering must according to volume stated in drawing , fine tune ordered volume to avoid over- ordering.
  • Ensure proper operating of equipment and the availability of adequate construction materials, equipment, and tools at production floor.
