1. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team objectives.

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

3. Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and employee referral programs.

4. Design, develop, and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to different roles and departments.

5. Oversee and maintain internal and external recruitment platforms, ensuring accurate and timely updates of the recruitment tracker for all open, active, and closed positions.

6. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration experience for new hires.

7. Conduct HR orientation sessions with new employees to introduce company policies, values, and culture.

8. Create, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications in alignment with organizational needs.

9. Plan and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s employer value proposition.

10. Oversee the budgeting and cost-efficiency of all recruitment initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial policies and optimal use of recruitment resources.

11. Handle work permit applications and compliance processes for foreign employees.

12. Handle disciplinary matters, including the issuance of show cause letters, warning letters, and related documentation in compliance with company policy and labor regulations.

13. Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the superior to support HR and organizational goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
