  • Foster positive relationships and address franchisee concerns promptly and professionally.

· Operational Oversight:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to resolve operational challenges.

· Training and Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing franchisees.
  • Keep franchisees updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

· Conflict Resolution:

  • Mediate disputes between franchisees and the franchisor, ensuring fair and effective solutions.

· Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare detailed reports on franchise performance and submit them to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills
