Job Responsibilities:

  • Key in daily sales reports and stock data.
  • Prepare and update client and vending machine records.
  • Handle basic office admin tasks (filing, calls, emails, etc.).
  • Support the sales and service team with documents and schedules.
  • Work closely with management to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Able to speak and write in English and BM.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Admin experience is a bonus – Fresh grads are welcome!
  • Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
