Quality Assurance and Compliance Executive
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance and Compliance Executive will be responsible for supporting the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance in ensuring that non-academic matters at Limkokwing University comply with all relevant regulations and standards set by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Ministry of Higher Education (JPT). This position will involve working closely with faculty staff to support them on system issues, advising the faculty on direction related to MQA and JPT rules and regulations, SETARA, ISO and ensuring compliance with these regulations and standards. The Quality Assurance and Compliance Executive will report directly to the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance and work closely with faculty staff and other stakeholders across the university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to faculty staff on system issues related to quality assurance and compliance.
- Advise the faculty on the direction related to MQA and JPT rules and regulations, SETARA, ISO, and ensure compliance with these regulations and standards.
- Manage the administration of documentation related to non-academic matters, including quality assurance and compliance policies and procedures, accreditation records and audit reports.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports to MQA and JPT as required for non-academic matters.
- Ensure that all documentation related to non-academic matters meets the requirements of MQA and JPT.
- Participate in the development of quality assurance and compliance policies and procedures for the university related to non-academic matters.
- Support the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance in other quality assurance and compliance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in quality assurance and compliance, with experience in liaising with MQA and JPT preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MQA and JPT regulations and standards related to non-academic matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with faculty staff and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 44 hours per week. Work may be required outside of normal business hours to meet project deadlines and to liaise with MQA and JPT. The work is primarily office-based, but may require occasional visits to faculty staff to ensure compliance with MQA and JPT guidelines related to non-academic matters.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
