Responsibilities :

1) Coordinate Regional Marketing Materials:

- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials to all regional PICs, DXN leaders, and members.

2) Develop and Implement Regional Programs:

- Create and execute engaging programs to keep regional DXN members informed about the latest skincare and cosmetics products.

3) Manage Social Media Accounts:

- Develop region-specific posts, interact with followers, and foster community engagement.

4) Coordinate Regional Activities:

- Manage and support events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities at the regional level.

5) Collaborate with Product Development and Design Teams:

- Gather insights on the current status of DXN skincare and cosmetics products for effective content and program planning.

6) Monitor Sales Growth:

- Analyze regional sales data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales.

7) Support Program Execution:

- Assist in planning and implementing marketing programs tailored to regional needs and preferences.

8) Explore New Regional Marketing Opportunities:

- Identify innovative approaches to enhance brand presence and product visibility in key regional markets.

9) Develop Regional Promotional Campaigns:

- Design and execute campaigns to boost awareness, visibility, and engagement specific to the regional audience.

10) Stay Informed on Regional Beauty Trends:

- Monitor regional beauty trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

11) Create and Manage a Regional Content Calendar:

- Plan and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with regional events and promotions.

12) Network with Regional DXN Members:

- Build strong relationships with DXN members to enhance engagement and support local marketing efforts.

13) Adapt to Regional Challenges:

- Be flexible and proactive in addressing unique challenges and opportunities in each region.

14) Utilize Regional Marketing Channels:

- Leverage social media, email marketing, and other platforms tailored to regional audiences.

15) Gain Insights into Regional Markets:

- Conduct research and gather feedback to strategically position DXN skincare and cosmetics in key locations.

16) Work Closely with Regional Teams:

- Collaborate with regional marketing teams, sales operations, and other departments to align efforts and goals.

17) Adapt Marketing Materials for Regional Use:

- Customize and distribute marketing materials to meet specific regional needs.

Requirements :

1. Education & Experience

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or MLM industry.

- Experience in managing marketing programs, campaigns, and social media accounts is an added advantage.

2. Skills & Competencies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).

- Creative and strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to create, plan, and adapt marketing materials for various regions.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital marketing practices.

- Analytical skills to interpret sales and market data to guide marketing decisions.

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with regional PICs, leaders, and DXN members.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments and regions.

3. Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.

- Understanding of regional beauty trends and market behavior.

- Awareness of the MLM (multi-level marketing) structure and member engagement approach is highly preferred.

4. Personality & Attitude

- Willing to travel domestically when required.
