
SMB Back-to-Back Sales Representative
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Back-to-Back Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the IT hardware industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales processes and driving growth in small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts. The role involves selling IT hardware products through a back-to-back model, ensuring smooth transactions from sales lead generation to delivery. This position requires strong knowledge of IT hardware solutions, a deep understanding of SMB customer needs, and the ability to close deals by fostering long-term relationships. The role involves working closely with internal teams to meet customer demands and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Generation & Qualification:
Generate leads from multiple sources, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and partner channels. Qualify potential customers based on needs, budget, and decision-making process. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT hardware products and services.
Back-to-Back Sales Execution:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal creation, and order closing. Ensure all sales transactions align with company policies and pricing models.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT hardware solutions. Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the point of contact for SMB customers throughout the sales cycle.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT hardware products and industry trends.
Provide customers with expert advice on product specifications, compatibility, and performance. Assist in creating and maintaining sales collateral and presentations.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting on sales activity and pipeline status. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT hardware industry or related technology sales. Experience working in a back-to-back sales model (working with resellers, distributors, or external partners).
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to close. Excellent understanding of IT hardware products (servers, workstations, storage, networking, etc.) and solutions. Ability to work with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the SMB market and its unique requirements in terms of IT hardware. Familiarity with industry trends, competitive products, and pricing structures.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
