Key Responsibilities:

1. Business License Support

  • Help check and update business license records for restaurants and head office.
  • Assist in making sure all locations have valid licenses at all times.

2. Leasing Support

  • Assist in organizing lease agreements and documents.
  • Help keep track of tenancy expiry dates and follow up on renewals.
  • Support in preparing simple rental comparisons or notes based on market info.

3. Communication Materials

  • Help check that company posters or signboards follow brand design.
  • Support in updating staff when there are changes from landlords or authorities.
  • Assist in preparing documents for new outlet openings.

4. Admin & Filing Work

  • Help organize and file important documents properly.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries (e.g. maintenance work, invoices, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to update and check payment documents.

5. Other Tasks

  • Support the team in any other admin tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • General Degree/Diploma preferably in business management, property, corporate finance, asset pricing, risk management or currently studying for either discipline.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Good team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Open minded and willing to learn
  • Able to commit at least 3 – 6 months

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
