Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Contract Department with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with project costs and contract deliverables.
- Support the Contract Department in the effective execution of contracts and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and project specifications.
- Any others task assigned by the management/manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field (Quantity Survey , Business Administration, Contract Management, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in contract administration or a related field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
