Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contract Department with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with project costs and contract deliverables.
  • Support the Contract Department in the effective execution of contracts and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and project specifications.
  • Any others task assigned by the management/manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field (Quantity Survey , Business Administration, Contract Management, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in contract administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
