  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Floor Staff to join the team at Sid’s Pub, a classic English pub that serves great food, drinks, and good vibes. As Floor Staff, you'll be the face of the pub—welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making sure every customer has a great time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve orders promptly and check in on guest satisfaction.
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean, organised dining area.
  • Assist with bar running, food running, and setup/closing duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
  • Support teammates and follow supervisor/manager instructions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic understanding of customer service and cleanliness standards.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
