Job Responsibilities

Assist in delivering good Housekeeping service to ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests.

Take note of any special requests or cleaning duties requested by guests and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Equip trolley with adequate supplies and keep it neat and tidy at all times.

Make up rooms and ensure bathrooms are cleaned according to rooms/apartments standards and procedures.

Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms according to operational standards.

Clean and maintain facility rooms, restrooms, offices and public areas assigned to hotel standards.

Report any defect or issues found while carrying out tasks to the supervisor for further action.

Cafe operation - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner



Job Requirement

Minimum PMR/ SPM or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management or equivalent.
A genuine passion for hospitality.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests.
Willing to learn and grow with the hospitality industry.
Must have transport - car or Motorcycle to move around to few branches

Internship or Part Time worker Benefits:
Monthly Allowance – RM600
Immediate Job Placement – Secure a full-time position upon successful completion in 6 months
WORKING 2 shift 7am to 430pm & 12pm 9:30pm - once a week off during Non peak day
