Marketing cum Purchasing Assistant
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare quotations and invoices.
2. Follow up on and receive payments from customers.
3. Update daily sales records for review.
4. Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
5. Search for new customers according to the KPI targets set.
AUTHORITY
1. Handle relevant documentation in a safe and proper manner while ensuring confidentiality.
2. Perform all relevant functions of the Sales and Marketing Department Head in their absence or non-existence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
· Initiative and a proactive attitude.
· Strong communication and people management skills.
· Competency in using Microsoft Office (Email, Word, and Excel).
· Ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,189.32 per month
