  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Beautician
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,500 + Free Meal + Mileage Claim
Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday (Offdays on Sunday & Monday)
Working Hours: 9.00AM - 5.00PM, Saturday ( 8.30AM - 5.00PM )
Location: Jalan Anggerik Vanilla, BE 31/BE, Kota Kemuning, Seksyen 31, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Description:

  • Client Treatment – Provide treatment to clients according to standard procedures and ensure professional care.
  • Client Follow-Up – Conduct follow-ups with clients based on established SOPs to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Registration Management – Handle client registration efficiently and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
  • Appointment Scheduling – Update and manage client appointments using Google Appointment to maintain an organized schedule.
  • Client Origin Tracking – Record the source of new clients (TikTok, Facebook, WOM, Instagram) for analysis and reporting.
  • Order Entry – Key in WhatsApp orders into the clinic system daily to ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Data Entry & Client Records – Input and update new client details in the clinic system for proper documentation.
  • Housekeeping & Cleanliness – Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  • System & Data Management – Regularly update and maintain client information for smooth clinic operations.
  • Additional Duties – Perform other tasks assigned by the management as needed to support clinic operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
