Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.00AM - 5.00PM

Job Description:

1.SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

-Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases.

-Sales Copywriting: Create compelling sales copy to attract and retain customers.

-Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

-Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (MST: 4/daily, PTP: 8/daily).

-Lead Generation: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (80 calls/day).

-Team Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with team members, other departments, and affiliates.

-Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

-Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve through feedback.

-Sales Online (Live) & Offline (Event)

2.CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES:

-Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat) promptly and professionally.

-Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

-Recommendations: Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

-Team Contribution: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

3.CROSS -FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:

-Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations & Event, Finance & Account, HR) as needed to best position the company and also to address customer needs comprehensively.

4.ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

-Assist in the preparation of sales reports and customer feedback analysis.

-Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

5.REPORTS SUBMISSION

-Responsible for the own planning and execution of work related to the submission of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).

6.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

-Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

-Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum 1 years of Experience in Sales and Customer Service.
