Key Responsibilities

Finance:

  • Manage all finance operations, including full set accounts, monthly closings, and statutory financial reporting.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop financial strategies to enhance profitability, manage risk, and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions by senior management.
  • Monitor financial performance, initiate corrective actions, and minimize financial risk.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards.
  • Manage internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to senior leadership and participate in strategic planning.
  • Lead and develop the finance team.
  • Review and verify monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Procurement:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and cost-efficiency goals.
  • Oversee purchasing operations, ensuring alignment with supply chain and production needs.
  • Improve procurement policies and procedures for transparency, efficiency, and vendor performance.
  • Monitor market trends, vendor pricing, and supply risks.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation.
  • Ensure optimal inventory turnover and support cost control initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and procurement.
  • Proficient in BM, English and Mandarin language.
  • Strong knowledge of full set accounts and audit preparation.
  • Experience in purchasing processes and vendor negotiations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM132,000.00 - RM156,000.00 per year
